1. Using ScrollSite

ScrollSite lets you generate, edit, and publish websites from text or link inputs. By using the service you agree to these terms and to use it lawfully and in good faith.

2. Your content

You own the content you provide and publish. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any text, images, or data you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use ScrollSite to build sites that are illegal, deceptive, harassing, or that promote harm. We may remove or suspend content or accounts that violate these terms.

4. Sites & availability

We aim to keep published sites live and accessible, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Free sites are hosted on a scrollsite.com subpath; custom domains and paid features are available on Pro plans.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

ScrollSite is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
