Flour & Sugar is a small Portland bakery making custom cakes and pastries to order. Everything is baked fresh, in small batches, for your celebration.

How far ahead should I order a custom cake?
Please give us at least a week for custom cakes. Larger or detailed cakes may need more lead time.
Do you do weddings?
Yes — send us a note with your date and a rough guest count and we'll take it from there.
Can you do gluten-free or vegan?
Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan bakes on request.
